General Rules

♥ Please abide by the Proboards TOS! We have no control over this, but it's super important.
♥ Since this forum is post Undertale, it's safe to say there WILL BE SPOILERS If you have yet to finish the game and spoilers are something that bother you, please come back when you're ready!
♥ The minimum age for members is 16.
♥ Don't spam where it is not welcomed. If spamming is your thing, there is a general talk board at your disposal. Have at it!
♥ Signature pictures should be no larger than 500x150. If yours is significantly larger, it will be taken down by an admin.
♥ There's a problem with upload avatars. It can support a picture up to 220x350, but you need to host the picture elsewhere like tinypic.com, then supply the direct link to it. If you just upload it, it resizes it for some reason.
♥ We love all humans and monsters! Being rude to anyone based on their race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religion is not going to be tolerated.
♥ There are no profanity restrictions, but please be mindful of your wording. If someone is bothered by what you're saying, stop. Racial/Homophobic/Transphobic slurs are not tolerated.
♥ Any OOC arguing or drama will be taken to private venues. We have the right to temporarily ban anyone found fighting in any part of the forum or chatbox. This includes making fun of/talking bad about someone behind their back. If you don't want to say it to someone's face, don't say it.
♥ On that note, PLEASE come to any mod or admin with any concerns. If you are being bullied or harrassed in any way, please let us know and we'll take care of the problem to our best ability.
♥ In short, be nice and have fun!

Posting Rules

♥ We highly encourage para-rp on this forum. All posts should be well-thought out and at least one paragraph (4-5 sentences) in length. More than one paragraph is encouraged. On the other hand, please try to limit your average post to no more than five paragraphs.
♥ We don't have a word count limit, but if you're unable to stick to the above rule, we may eventually implement one.
♥ Try to limit the amount of typos and grammar mistakes as much as possible in your posts. The only exceptions are those who's typos are a central part of their character such as Temmie.
♥ Members that are inactive for more than one week without reason will have their canon characters positions reopened. This gives new, active members a chance to play a canon they desire.
♥ Unfinished applications that are older than a month will be archived and locked.
♥ 18+, fetish, or sexual RP of any kind is not permitted. This is proboards' rules and not ours. If your RP escalates to anything sexual, it has to be taken off-site.
♥ Romance between adult characters and child characters is prohibited. A child is any character physically under the age of 18.
♥ It should go without saying that godmodding, autohitting, and powerplay are not allowed. Any damage done to a character must be okayed with the person playing that character.
♥ Original characters should not assume any relation to canons unless the relation has been previously discussed and agreed upon by the writer of the canon character in question.
♥ Likewise, they should not have abilities that are excessive, overpowered, or meant to be unique to certain canons in-universe (eg: save/reset).
♥ Players are encouraged to play as either canon characters or their own OCs. They are limited to only 2 canons and as many OCs as they like.
♥ Players can only play canon characters so long as they remain active. Any canon account without activity for a one week (without notice) will lose their character and will have to wait another week in order to apply for them again.

Consequences

♥ Breaking the rules will result in you receiving a warning from a staff member.
♥ If you continue to break the rules, you will be subject to banishment. The severity of the situation directly affects how long you will be banned for.
♥ Ignorance to the posted rules is not an excuse.
